Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please log in to your account, download the official abstract template, complete your abstract, and upload it through MY PAGE.
Submission Requirements

Abstracts must be written in English and should be between 150 and 350 words.

Figures, tables, attachments, footnotes, and endnotes are not allowed.

The abstract must include the following:
Title of the article, full name(s) of the author(s), academic qualifications, academic title (if applicable), affiliated institution, and up to five key words.
Submission Deadline

Abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission System on this homepage by July 31, 2025.
Important Notes
-
At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete pre-registration for the Forum.
