-The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of original abstracts according to the following submission guidelines by 31 August 2024.

-Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or e-poster presentations. All presented abstracts in the oral or e-poster form will be published in the e-book of abstracts.

    After uploading the required abstract contents, a confirmation letter will be sent to the presenting author and corresponding author via email.

    Review & Modification

    To review or modify your submitted abstract(s), visit 'My Page'.

  4. STEP04
    Acceptance Notice

    An acceptance notice will be sent to the presenting author on 13 September 2024.

Submission Topics

The abstracts submitted will be assessed, peer-reviewed, and grouped by topics. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

-Therapeutic benefits from direct/indirect use of forests;

-Forest policy/management relating to forest therapy;

-Mechanisms of the therapeutic function of forests;

-Developing a forest therapy program and its effectiveness;

-Future perspectives for forest therapy practice and research;

-The role of forest therapy in preventive or public medicine;

-Therapeutic benefits from Urban forests/gardens

-Economic values of forest and personal/public health

-Forest and nature prescription

Instructions for Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be submitted by using the abstract submission system in this homepage until the 31 August 2024 .

Formal Requirements

Abstracts should not be shorter than 150 words and not longer than 350 words and submitted in the English language. Do not include figures, tables, or attachments in the abstract. The use of footnotes and endnotes is not allowed.

The abstract should indicate the title of the article, full name/s of the author/s, academic qualifications, academic title (if applicable) and affiliated institution, and up to five key words.

Language: English

Length: Max 350 words

No tables, figures and/or diagrams, footnotes and endnotes

Presentation title: not more than 15 words

Names of all the authors, affiliation, e-mail

Name of designated presenter, affiliation, e-mail

Key words: up to 5

Abstract review or modification is only available until the abstract submission due date (31 August 2024).

Abstracts Report and Papers Publication

The abstracts presented at the Forum with well qualified full-paper will be reviewed and published in the official conference SCI Journal (Forests, MDPI Journal). The cost of publication will be determined based on the quality of the paper and a peer-review process.

Notifications
