Registration
All participants are required to register for the forum through the online registration system.

Please be advised that photography, video, and audio recording will take place throughout the WFoFT 2025. By registering for the forum, you acknowledge and agree that your image and voice may be recorded and used in promotional materials, including on the forum’s website and social media platforms.

Payment Methods
Full Payment must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.
Credit Card
-Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
-All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
-The actual debit amount is subject to change depending on the exchange rate.
-Should you have exited the registration process prior to completing the payment, you may retrieve it on the 'My Page’.
Bank Transfer
-All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
-The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
-After the transfer, please send the remittance receipt(with the registrant's name) and a passport copy(for international participants) or mobile number(for domestic participants) to reg@wfoft.org.
-Please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.
-Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the registrants.

Cancellation and RefundPolicy
·Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
·Written requests for cancellation should be sent by email to the WFoFT 2025 Secretariat (reg@wfoft.org).
·The meeting will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancel their registration. The amount of the refund will be based on the date of cancellation.
·All refunds are processed within a period of six weeks after the Forum.
·Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the registrants.
·Refunds for credit card payments may only be credited back to the original credit card used for payment; refunding to an alternate card is not possible.
·Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
·Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellations.

Visa Navigator
·All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport.
·Participants, except those from countries with visa exemption agreements with Korea, should apply for a Korean visa and receive it in their country prior to departure.
·Please visit the “Visa Navigator” below to check whether a visa is required.
·If you need any other documents, please contact the Secretariat (reg@wfoft.org).
K-ETA
·K-ETA is mandatory for nationals from visa-free entry countries who enter Korea without a visa.
·You should apply for the K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea. However, due to an unexpected increase in applications, the result may not be notified within 72 hours. Therefore, please apply for the K-ETA in advance.
·The K-ETA is required for foreign nationals intending to enter the Republic of Korea for tourism, visiting relatives, participating in events or meetings, or business purposes other than profitable activities.
